Tecla bar, pizzeria and restaurant is located in San Gallo, a hamlet of San Giovanni Bianco, near the parish church.
Bar since 1963, it is also a restaurant since 2016. Open every day except Monday and Tuesday afternoon.
Every dish is homemade: you can taste casoncelli, maltagliati with hare sauce, white gnocchi (dumplings) with Zola cheese and purple “strachitunt dumplings, stewed donkey, roasts, deer and meat; as for cheese lovers, Branzi cheese melted on toasted polenta and much more.
The restaurant is also a pizzeria in the evening from Thursday to Sunday.
